Warranty
Our work,
backed in writing.
Fresh sod comes with 30 days of aftercare while the roots grab hold. New sprinkler systems carry two years on parts and labor. Here is what each one covers.

Sod: 30 days of aftercare.
Part of every lawn we lay at no extra charge, whether it is your full-time home or a shore rental.
Any piece that fails to root gets replaced — bare spots, open seams or rolls that never knit in
New sod and the labor are on us — the replacement costs you nothing
We come back — for the first cut and a second feeding during those 30 days
Your part — keep to the watering plan we leave with you
Sprinklers: two years, parts and labor.
Included with each new system we install.
Toro heads, valves and the timer — if a part fails, we fix it for free
Pipe and fittings as well — our own work is fully covered
No trip fee on warranty calls — and those calls jump to the top of our list
Your part — do not let anyone else change the system; call us first for any change
What the warranty does not cover.
We list it now so nothing catches you off guard.
- · Grass hurt by under watering or over watering
- · Harm from pets, chemicals or heavy objects
- · Extreme weather like a long dry spell or a flood
- · Grubs and other pests after the first 30 days
- · Sprinkler trouble caused by someone else changing the system
- · Normal wear after the coverage period ends
