Sprinkler systems
Set it once.
Stay green all summer.
Fresh sod needs a drink two or three times a day for its first couple of weeks. Our sandy ground dries out fast, so one missed scorcher can hurt. Zoned sprinklers handle the watering so you do not have to.

Guard your new lawn.
Sod is an investment. A sprinkler system costs far less than buying that sod a second time.
Dragging the hose around
- The far edges dry out and turn brown
- Water put down at noon steams off in the sun
- Miss a single scorching day and you see it
- A trip down the shore or a week away leaves the lawn on its own
Zoned sprinklers
- Each zone gets the same soak, with no dry patches or puddles
- Runs at dawn by itself and puts down just enough
- Can skip a cycle after a good rain
- Fresh sod roots in about 10 days instead of 21

Repairs and add-ons
Snapped heads, a leaking zone or a timer that acts up. The flat $125 visit includes the fix while we are there, and most repairs stay under $200.
