What we do most
Sod installation.
Our standard rate is $2.85 a square foot for an average yard. It covers tear-out, composted topsoil, lime, starter feed, farm-grown tall fescue and 30 days of aftercare. Most lawns are done in a day.

Zoned Toro heads, a Wi-Fi timer you run from your phone and a rain sensor. Most new systems cost $2,850 to $3,950, and we repair and service older ones too.

Composted topsoil and good mulch delivered to your driveway. Morning orders often arrive the same day, and our crew can spread it if you like.
