The full lawn package
Skip the pallets.
Get the whole lawn.
Lots of outfits hand you rolls and walk away. We hand you a finished yard. The old grass goes, the soil gets rebuilt, fresh sod goes down, the water gets sorted out, and we come back for the first cut.

Why a stack of sod falls short.
Rolls sitting in the driveway do not make a yard.
Doing it piece by piece
- Separate bills for tear-out, soil, grass and sprinklers
- Nobody stands behind the grass once it is down
- Weeks of standing in the yard with a hose
- Brown spots mean buying more sod yourself
The Atlantic County Sod package
- A single crew, a single price, a single job
- Thirty days of aftercare built in
- Sprinklers put in or your old ones set up for new grass
- We return for the first cut
What the price covers.
No add-on list. You get the full job.
Thirty days of aftercare.
We do not lay the lawn and vanish. For the first month we stay on it with you. We come back for the first cut and a second feeding. If any piece fails to root in those 30 days, we bring new sod and replace it for free. You keep up the watering. We handle the rest.
From your first text to the first mow.

Install day
Old grass out, base rebuilt, water set up, fresh rolls down. Most yards take one or two days.
Rooting, then the first cut
We watch the lawn knit in. When it is ready to mow, our crew comes back and does it.
See the numbers for yourself.
Most installs run $2.00 to $5.00 per square foot. Our standard rate is $2.85 for an average yard. Large, open properties come in lower, and rocks or gravel to remove push it higher.
