What happens next
- We measure from above. Aerial photos show us the lawn, so no one has to stop by your house.
- You get a written price by text. Our standard rate is $2.85 per square foot. It pays for tear-out, soil work, fresh sod and 30 days of aftercare.
- You pick the day. A 30% deposit locks it in, and that money comes off your final bill. You can also split the cost into six easy payments at 0%.
Our rooting promise
If a piece of sod fails to root in the first 30 days, we pull it and lay a new one. You pay nothing for it.
